Joel Klatt: "When you look at the Big Ten, this is the first matchup of top 5 teams that have not included either Michigan or Ohio State since 1962... I think this is going to be the best environment Kinnick Stadium has ever seen. I'm not saying that Penn State hasn't dealt with that. They've played at The Shoe in massive games in the last couple of years. Obviously, they're The White Out, they understand what emotion is like. I think The White Out is probably the most super-charged environment in all of college football to be honest with you. It's probably right there with LSU at night in the modern day college football but Saturday is going to be amazing. I'm expecting one of those magical style days and I can't wait to see it."
