Fred Glass's tenure will end in Bloomington this Spring.
Glass, 60, led the Hoosiers' programs since 2008 and made the hires of both Archie Miller and Tom Allen. Under his watch, IU baseball became a regional and national contender, with several postseason trips. Also, women's basketball has completely turned things around under Teri Moren. We've also seen a turnaround from the football program, which had its first winning season since the Fall before his arrival.
All of that said, Glass never quite got the flagship program - men's basketball - right. Tom Crean had an up-and-down decade and the Miller hire so far is still TBD. He leaves behind an interesting legacy with some IU fans viewing his tenure favorably and others as a disappointment.
