REPORT: Funchess Has a Broken Collarbone

Devin Funchess was looking good in his Colts' debut, making some tough catches in their season opener in Los Angeles, until he left the game due to injury.

It turns out that injury was as serious as feared: a broken collarbone.

Funchess was likely going to be the second target behind TY Hilton, and was one of the only receivers behind Hilton with meaningful NFL experience, but he'll miss several weeks at least (exact timetable is still unknown). This creates a greater opportunity for Deon Cain and Parris Campbell, two young talents who will have to contribute even more to fill the void.
