We kicked off our week-long local college football tour down in Bloomington, where Tom Allen is hoping for a breakthrough in 2019. Indiana's program has had one winning season in 25 years (2007) and hasn't won a Bowl game since 1991 - two facts that Allen is well aware of. However, he's now stacked two terrific recruiting classes on top of each other and the momentum seems to be swinging back in the Hoosiers' favor lately.
