There is a lot of optimism locally for the Colts as they try to build upon the surprise success of 2018, but it appears that national folks are taking notice, too.

While I'm still not ready to say "Super Bowl" for a team that took advantage of a light schedule last season, there's no question this team is better on paper in 2019 and should be able to take another step forward.
