A Frenchman is heading to the White House.
Indianapolis 500 champion Simon Pagenaud and members of Team Penske will be officially honored by President Trump today in their visit to D.C.:
Pagenaud became the first Frenchman in nearly 100 years (Gaston Chevrolet in 1920) to win Indy and will reportedly be the first champ to do so since Sam Hornish Jr. in 2006.
As for Roger Penske, Presidential visits are becoming routine. He was just there with his NASCAR team back in April to celebrate Joey Logano's 2018 Cup championship.
