Earlier last week, there was serious concern that the 103rd running of the Indianapolis 500 would be a rain-shortened mess. Luckily, the weather held off and things were mostly clean on the track... just not in the pits.
Yesterday's race will be remembered thanks to a duel for the ages between Simon Pagenaud and Alexander Rossi, but the emotion shown by Rossi, Will Power, and Graham Rahal also added to the day:
