Paul George is not a well-liked figure in Indianapolis and Russell Westbrook is not a well-liked figure anywhere but Oklahoma City, so it is pretty easy to root against the Thunder. Damian Lillard did everyone a favor by landing the knockout punch to OKC's season with a ridiculous, 30+ foot buzzer-beater late last night - their second consecutive first-round defeat since the George trade.
