The Colts have only drafted four quarterbacks in the last twenty years, and one of them (Andrew Luck) is their current starter. That isn't going to change for the foreseeable future, but it sure looks like the backup will - Jacoby Brissett is on the final year of his rookie deal and will likely get a lucrative free agent offer and an opportunity to start elsewhere. So, could the Colts address their 2020 backup vacancy in 2019?
