So, it wasn’t exactly a bat “attack” but the live animal certainly made many Pacers fans uneasy last night.
During the first half of the Pacers win over the Clippers, the game was halted to corral a live bat that made its way into the arena. IndyStar photographer Matt Kryger was able to capture a photo of the beast:
The very talented Mark Boyle was unaffected - he continued his duties as play-by-play man!
This was the second bat event in an NBA arena in a week and has me seriously reconsidering whether to ever attend a game again.
