The Pacers are off to a solid start this season, but the newly-extended Myles Turner has continued his inconsistency. In the infancy of his fourth season, Turner has had a few standout performance (notably in Chicago the other night) and a few duds, and Nate McMillan has often chosen to stick with Domantas Sabonis late in games. Sabonis, to his credit, has been excellent - 13.9 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 68% shooting - and has been a consistent spark off Indiana's bench.
The question now is should the current lineup remain the same? If Sabonis has been (and continues to be) the superior player, shouldn't he start while Turner comes off the bench?
Mark Montieth of Pacers.com discussed the dilemma with us on the show (fast forward to the 7:15 mark):
