The Colts spent last offseason parting ways with several capable players who were seen as poor fits for their new 4-3 defense. That list included names like Jonathan Hankins and John Simon, who were both released, but another was traded: Henry Anderson.
Although productive in his three seasons as a Colt, Anderson battled injuries and Chris Ballard wasn't confident he could help them in the new defensive scheme. Anderson has found a new home with the Jets and has flourished through five games, already tabulating a career-high 2 1/2 sacks. The defensive end talked with us about his new home, his departure from the Colts, and why he felt like his body never really allowed him to show Indy what he could do.
