Where Will the Colts Finish in the AFC South?

The AFC South used to be a cakewalk for the Colts.

Indy dominated the division from 2003-10, winning the division in eight of the nine years, then put together an NFL-record sixteen-game division winning streak bridging the 2012-15 seasons. However, after seeing Houston (2015, 2016) and Tennessee (2017) claim AFC South titles over the last three seasons, the Colts' days of division dominance are over.

Entering this season, Indianapolis is almost universally pegged as the last-place team in the group. Jacksonville, coming off a breakthrough 2017 season, is the clear favorite, followed by Tennessee and Houston, but all three of those teams have question marks:

Can Jacksonville overcome often subpar quarterback play from Blake Bortles?

Is Marcus Mariota consistent enough to lead a Tennessee offense lacking proven skill position talent?

Will the injury-ravaged Texans bounce back despite depending on some aging defensive stars?

To be fair to those teams, the biggest question mark of the division may be in Indianapolis - how good can Andrew Luck be after almost twenty months away from the field?
