Jack Mewhort was an effective player when healthy, but after dealing with a myriad of injuries over his four NFL seasons, the offensive lineman decided he had enough: Mewhort is calling it a career.
A second round pick of the Colts in 2014, Mewhort started 30 of 32 possible games his first two seasons, but the injury bug bit hard in the last two years. He appeared in just five games last season and a combined fifteen from 2016-2017. Just 26 years old, we hope Jack does well in his post-playing life.
