Kenny Bräck won the Indianapolis 500 during an era when many fans feel like the victory was cheapened - it was post-split and when Ganassi and Penske drivers weren't involved - but that doesn't bother the former series champion.
Bräck joined us today to look back on that 1999 win, and the significance for team owner A.J. Foyt, his current dealings with his own rock band, and also discussed this horrific crash that he survived in 2003. That incident in Texas is still regarded as one of the worst crashes in IndyCar history:
