Former All-Pro cornerback Richard Sherman will be released at any moment, according to reports.
Sherman will turn 30 later this month, and is seen as a player on the decline, especially after having both of his Achilles surgically repaired. However, Sherman is only a year removed from making the Pro Bowl and just two years removed from being an All-Pro. He should generate some interest, but will the Colts be a suitor? Rashaan Melvin and Pierre Dessir, their two starters from last season, are both free agents, and the Colts only have four cornerbacks under contract - none of whom have more than two seasons of NFL experience.
