Three straight wins over playoff contenders in Washington and Milwaukee have helped the Pacers reach a mark they haven't touched since 2014: ten games above .500.
In the process, the Pacers clinched the head-to-head tiebreaker with Milwaukee and moved eight games clear of the cut line for the Eastern Conference playoffs with just eighteen games to play. If you're hoping for Indiana to host a first round series, they'll have to hold off the Wizards (one game up) and Sixers (two games up) and still have a shot at getting as high as the #3 seed (trail Cleveland by just a half-game).
It's an amazing accomplishment for a team who was picked to win just 32 games this season.
