Josh McDaniels will be the Colts' new head coach (according to reports), and even though the news is not official, his coaching staff is already coming together.
It appears that the first domino to fall is defensive coordinator: Matt Eberflus.
Eberflus has nine seasons of NFL experience as linebackers coach with the last seven coming in Dallas. In some circles, he was considered the “heir apparent” to Rod Marinelli as the future Dallas defensive coordinator. The Toledo gradudate had 17 years of college experience at Toledo and Missouri, where he ran the Tigers' defense.
