The Bruce Arians tenure in Arizona will end after next week's season finale:
Arians had success in Arizona, including a 13-win campaign in 2015 that included an NFC Championship Game appearance. However, the team is just 14-16-1 since then, and he's dealt with health issues sporadically through the last few years.
The 2012 and 2015 NFL Coach of the Year, Arians stepped in for Chuck Pagano during his battle with leukemia five years ago. He was also Peyton Manning's first offensive coordinator (1998-2000). So, naturally, Colts' fans are wondering if a return could be in order.
Arians did say last summer that he wanted to coach in 2018 (if healthy), but given his age (64) and health issues, he may not be interested in being a head coach again. Regardless, even if he was, he wouldn't be a long-term solution for Indianapolis.
