Dr. David Chao, who spent almost twenty seasons as an NFL team doctor, spent some time with us on today's show discussing Andrew Luck's shoulder and rehab.
While he's not privy to the MRIs and actual medical documents surrounding Luck's injury, using his wide knowledge of these sort of injuries and rehabs, he spoke in generalities about what Colts' fans could expect. The good news? He's optimistic that even after a second surgery, Luck could be good to go for 2018. The bad news? Not knowing how injured the shoulder was beforehand, Luck's long-term diagnosis is hazy. Listen:
