Given their decades of futility, there aren't a lot of great moments in Indiana's long football history. However, if you're making a list of memorable Hoosier gridiron moments, Austin Starr's game-winning kick in the 2007 Old Oaken Bucket Game would certainly be near the top:
The former kicker joined us on today's show to look back on the ten-year anniversary of that kick, which did so much more than help Indiana win a football game - it helped the Hoosiers secure their first Bowl berth since 1993, and fulfilled the late Terry Hoeppner's dream/mantra of "Play 13". In fact, some believe that there may have even been some divine intervention to help that kick sail through the uprights.
