Andrew Luck will technically be on the practice field for the first time this season later today, but the Colts are handling his rehab very carefully.
During his weekly press conference earlier today, Chuck Pagano divulged some of the details of Luck's practice/rehab schedule, which Stephen Holder of the IndyStar outlined below:
Judging by this schedule, it doesn't appear that Luck is very close to returning. Obviously, Sunday is already out of the question, and there's little reason to believe that he'll be good to go for their Week 6 Monday Night Football tilt at Tennessee. A return Week 7-9 seems reasonable, but at that point, the Colts will likely be too buried to salvage anything out of this season.
