With Andrew Luck ruled out for Sunday's game in Seattle, we already know that his return will push into October, but could we still be more than a full month away from his return to game action?
That's what David Chao is speculating:
Chao's reasoning is he believes Luck would need four full weeks of practice under his belt before taking an actual snap. Unless he returned to practice next week, that would put him at a Week 9 return vs. Houston on November 5th at the earliest.
However, most believe that Luck could - and will - return to practice as soon as next week. With a more liberal timetable of 2-3 weeks of practice, that would slate the quarterback for a return by Week 7 vs. Jacksonville (10/22), if not even before that (Week 6 at Tennessee is on Monday the 16th).
At this point, nothing would surprise me.
