Catching Up With: Matt Howard

Brad Stevens is excelling in Boston, Gordon Hayward just signed a $100+ million deal, Shelvin Mack has carved out a role for himself in the NBA, but Butler wouldn't have gone to back-to-back NCAA title games without Matt Howard.

You might remember him from the brutal screen he set on this play (although he didn't want to talk about it with us)...


The former Connersville star was a three-time All-Horizon League First Team performer at Butler, and one of the major pieces of their run to national prominence in 2010 and 2011. He took a break from his vacation today to look back on his time as a Bulldog, talk about his relationships with Stevens and Hayward, and what he's been up to off the court. Listen:
