Frustrated with large potholes littering his street, a California resident spray-painted phallic symbols on them to get the town to fix the problem. This is not a new solution - the same thing was done in England last year:
Presumably, the same resident also spray-painted "WHAT ARE TAXES FOR" on the road. Public Works came out to fill the potholes shortly after the graffiti appeared.
Someone needs to do this on 52nd street in Indy!
