According to the list, the best expensive restaurant in Indiana is St. Elmo Steak House in Indianapolis. This fine dining eatery has been a part of the community since 1902. It's the oldest steakhouse in Indianapolis and is still at its original location. The eatery has a great reputation for its perfect steaks.
