The Pacers and Heat had some great battles in the mid-2010s, meeting in the playoffs in three consecutive years (2012, 2013, 2014) with a trip to the NBA Finals on the line in the latter two meetings. That rivalry was obviously fueled by LeBron James, but could we be seeing a new edition of bad blood between the two franchises.
TJ Warren was ejected last night after a war of words with Jimmy Butler. Butler continued the conversation postgame, when he continued to call Warren out.
Even former Heat star/Hall of fame flopper Dwyane Wade got in on the action.
If there is a second coming of this rivalry, hopefully the Pacers can actually win one of these playoff series this time around...
