So, in case you've been living in a cave all summer, the Reds and Pirates do NOT like each other.
A lot of the bad blood stems from earlier in the season when Chris Archer and Derek Dietrich traded celebrations and the two teams cleared the benches. Things remained testy throughout the season with even team broadcasters trading barbs over-the-air - mostly from the Pirates' side of things, but still, you don't see that very often.
It boiled over last night in one of the craziest melees you'll ever see. I would give you an explanation, but this five-minute video puts it into several thousand words:
